Relationships require intentionality.

Relationships in trouble require a highly skilled clinician.

Couples and family coaching/counseling can be many things: preventative, situational, healing, or just a safe space to build relationship and communication skills.

For partners who've grown apart — emotionally, spiritually, or through recovery — couples therapy offers a safe space to rebuild from truth and remember what first brought you together.

For families managing different dynamics — therapy can offer new perspective through improved communication skills, empathy, and clearly identifying where the system is in need of repair.

My approach is grounded in Family Systems Theory, which views couples and families as interconnected emotional and functional units. From this perspective, a change in one person can influence and create reciprocal changes throughout the entire system.

I draw on a variety of therapeutic modalities to create a safe, supportive space where difficult conversations can take place. I believe this is where meaningful change often begins. Through this process, I help couples and families develop effective communication skills, fostering greater understanding, strengthening relationships, and paving the way for lasting behavioral change.

With 20 years of experience working with couples and families, I would be honored to work with you.
